I have really enjoyed reading all the comments about what everyone's been reading (I can relate to "only having time to read the pasta packet lately", we all have times like this!). I thought I'd show you what's actually on my beside table at the moment:
1. Simple Abundance by Sarah Bon Breathnach, a really life changing book that I read (almost) everyday, and have for about the last 8 years!
2. The Quilter's Homecoming by Jennifer Chiaverini, the tenth book in her divine quilting series. Haven't started this one yet.
3. Two For The Dough by Janet Evanovich, just finished the first one which I couldn't put down and read in less than 24 hours.
4. Where the Sea Takes Us by Kim Huynh, about a Vietnamese family starting life again here in Australia. This is what I'm reading at the moment and it's just incredibly moving and so well written.
5. Kleenex to go with my flu, which is a good chance to catch up on some reading!

The flu has been knocking a few people around this year including me. Hope you feel better soon. I love Janet Evanovich and also find once I start reading it I can not put it down until it's finished....then I'm a bit sad as the story has ended.

Congrats Everyone!
Thanks Leanne, for hosting such a lovely giveaway party. I'll have to check out this Simple Abundance, it sounds intriguing. And you certainly have started some global conversations about books. How cool is that!

Leanne
I just LOVE Stephanie Plum, but Janet's 'FULL' series of books are a hoot too.. but I have had tears rolling down my face with laughter reading those books!
I have finished 3 books this week, and up to no.4.. if I only devoted as much time to sewing as I do reading, I'd finish a quilt a week!

Hey Leanne! Oooooh - sorry to hear you're feeling flu-ee! So NOT fun!! You're very good having your books neatly piled beside your bed - mine tend to be all over the house, depending where I've been reading last - in the car, in the lounge room, in the bedroom ... I've been on a bit of a re-reading jag - a series by Dee Henderson, some Nora Roberts mystery/romances and some of Sherilyn Kenyon's Dark Hunter novels - all very different but all good!! I also have the latest Kathy Reichs book that I'm not game to start because that will be the end of any other jobs being tackled!!! I'm a bookworm from way back! Tee!Hee! Hee! Congrats to your winners - lots of happy people getting ready to stalk their posty! Hope you feel better soon and enjoy reading in the meantime! Bear Hugs! KRIS

Oh drat I wish I'd seen this earlier, I'd love to make one of those library totes!!
You are going to love the rest of the Stephanie Plum series! I am about to go onto the 8th book and they are consistently great! Every time I get one I can't put it down and I'm giggling and waking my husband up in bed!!!
